EDIT WORKING NOW: it seems that after i moved my install location for the base game, when i updated the binary location for skse, i didn't update the other file location link. meaning it was looking in the complete wrong location for other files it needed. changing this to the new sse file location even fixed my racemenu ctd issue on launch. if When you open the SKSE folder on the desktop you should see both the SKSE, and the Scripts folders inside.
